It would be good to actually name the coin rather than just the symbol

As an example, you had a pair show up under hot Pools called BTC / ETH however it wasn't bitcoin it was some other meme coin. You could use the contract address of the token or coin to automatically resolve the true name of the coin so that we don't mix up when we're looking for pairs.
